The CSS team is available to answer phone calls and emails Monday through Friday from 8 am ET — 8 pm ET.

What is the expected turnaround time for standard submissions to results?

Preclinical Testing: Results turnaround is 2 days or less after receipt of samples. We provide results by email. You will receive a PDF report and an optional Excel or .csv dataset. We are also able to send preliminary or final reports. 

Biological Materials & Cell Health Testing: PCR results turnaround is 3 days or less after receipt of samples. You will receive an automated PDF with results. Please consult with CSS team for details regarding turnaround times on services not listed above.

Why do I need a login (userID)?

Login credentials allow you to submit online and view completed results from past submissions.

How do I request a login (userID)?

What types of services do the CSS team manage?
