COVID-19 customer resources

 

We understand coronavirus (COVID-19) is top of mind for everyone in our research community at this time. While the situation is highly dynamic, IDEXX BioAnalytics will continue our commitment to providing you with the products, services, and support you’ve come to depend on. We are closely monitoring the situation from both transportation and operational perspectives. At this time, IDEXX BioAnalytics testing laboratories will remain open. IDEXX BioAnalytics sales, scientific and support teams will continue to serve customer needs globally, and although we have discontinued all in-person meetings at this time, we are well positioned to maintain all of your testing needs. Here are a few additional important updates:

  • Consistent with guidance provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health authorities globally, to ensure the health of our customers and employees, IDEXX has suspended all travel for our employees through April 30, at which point the situation will be revisited.  
  • We are monitoring updates and guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) to stay abreast of the latest information to keep both our customers and employees safe.
